Package prices including installation!? THINK ABOUT IT CAREFULLY!
We do not offer complete package prices including installation. We don't think this way of working is fair to our customers, but sometimes it isn't fair to us either. Suppose now that an installation has cost €1800,- and that our technician is ready within 3 hours. Then we have a very nice profit here. We are happy with that, but it is not fair to our customer. We also want to be transparent about the prices of the products used. In this way, the customer can see exactly what the prices are per product on the quotation. So no substandard quality that comes in a total package where the exact costs are hidden. That is why we will never start with complete packages of installation work.
TAILOR-MADE OFFER
Because we have looked together at all wishes and the required camera security products, we can make a tailor-made offer and offer the camera installation. This means that a total price is offered which is clear and transparent. This way we avoid surprises afterwards that were not foreseen. We will never charge more than the quotation indicates, provided that, of course, during the installation it is decided to have more work performed than agreed in the quotation.
CAMERA INSTALLATION
The camera installation date will be agreed in advance and will always be performed by employees of Stetrin Security B.V. itself (part of Onlinecamerashop). We do not hire a 3rd party to install the camera security system. With the exception of, for example, installing camera masts, for this we have the supplier who also places these for us. Cabling is neatly finished in installation pipes and/or cable ducts, the connections at the security camera itself will be invisible after mounting. After installation, all security cameras are adjusted and the network recorder or DVR installed, programmed and if desired connected to the internet / network for accessing the system locally or remotely. Any CMS (camera management software) and Apps will be installed and set up for your use and an explanation will be given on how to operate them. When everything has been checked and installed to your satisfaction, we will close our installation work and use your new camera security system.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Of course, after the camera installation, there is still the service from our side to the customer. From a service point of view, we always offer to create a service account on the system so that we can log in and help remotely with any questions, requests or problems. We will never charge costs for small adjustments and if malfunctions can be solved remotely, this is also free of charge. We offer preventive maintenance to ensure that the camera security system continues to function without any problems for as long as possible. A maintenance contract can be requested for 1 or 2 maintenance times a year. The advantage of a maintenance contract is that a lower hourly rate is charged when we come to perform work. For example, consider installing an extra camera. The replacement of small parts such as connectors, baluns, etc. is also included in maintenance. Maintenance can of course also be carried out without a contract, but will then be charged on an hourly basis and material.
BEWARE WITH CERTAIN INSTALLATION COMPANIES!
We regularly meet customers who first bought their camera security from other camera installation companies and had them installed. Unfortunately, we then come to solve malfunctions that have arisen from improper installation of the system. Often the installer in question also knows that he has not done a good job and then leaves the customer out in the cold or keep them on a leash. Look especially on Google what customers have written for you or the company and do not just blindly go into business with a company.
