Dome Outdoor Camera - Analog Eyeball Security Camera

These shapes are especially useful for mounting to a ceiling, but can also be mounted on a wall without using a wall bracket, although a wall bracket is, in our opinion, handy to use, cables are not visible and looks neat what nicer. Because this is also an analog HDCVI, HDTVI, AHD security camera, you cannot connect it directly to a router and you cannot make recordings without a coax camera recorder.

Easy connection (simpler than an IP camera system)

An analog camera surveillance system is easier to connect than an IP camera system for which you need more knowledge. You can simply connect an analog camera with a duo coax cable for image and power, then connect it to the analog DVR/XVR recorder and the image is immediately visible without delays. Just like with IP cameras, you can buy a BNC camera up to 8 megapixels and corresponds to 4K.

Body camera with housing = outdoor camera

IP Dome outdoor camera = a network camera

Compared to analog XVR 4in1 cameras, you can immediately include these types of IP outdoor cameras in your LAN network. Some advantages are, you do not have to lay cables everywhere in your house, grab a network connection nearby and connect the outdoor camera to it, if you have a PoE connection you no longer need to use a separate adapter, because PoE takes care of it. that a CAT5e cable is sufficient for image and also power. An IP camera always has a connection as below.

An IP camera also needs power, so use a security camera IP adapter or a PoE switch.
