Security camera shipping and returns
We don’t use a distribution center and we aren’t box sliders! All products are taken by us from the warehouse and personally packed. Before we wrap everything, we test the products on functional performance and whether everything is complete. If anything is missing from your order, give us a call. Always use a valid phone number! We strive to handle this in one day, but sometimes it is extremely busy that day. Then your shipment will take longer. We ask for your understanding and patience.
Shipping via PostNL
Price: €4.95 for Netherlands and also Belgium.
If you order more than € 150.00, the shipping is free.
Sending through other European countries is also possible, the rates are directly calculated when ordering.

Shipping by DHL
Ship your order by using DHL for worldwide shipments outside Belgium and the Netherlands.
The price for shipping by DHL depends on your country, the total shipping price will be calculated when you do your payment.

Supply and stock
If the product is in stock and you order on weekdays before 15:00, then we will ship your order within 2 business days.
For emergency orders we ask you to first contact us, if possible we will send it directly. If there is a product unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you. If not available the waiting rarely lasts longer than 7 days.
Picking up products is possible, but only with an appointment!
Track your order
At all times you will receive a tracking code from us. With this code you can track your order through the website of TNT Track & Trace.
As you may have already seen on our website, we have a standard 5 year warranty on all SST brand CCTV products.
You have no claim on warranty if:
- Copper itself has opened the cabinet, which parts are defective.
- Any seals are broken.
- The product is struck by lightning, water or other natural phenomenon.
- The product is used improperly or carelessly.
- Damage caused by third parties.

Please contact us via an e-mail with clear fault description. Then we can make your RMA request in order!

Online Camera Shop is committed to keep our customers satisfied. Should you nevertheless have any dissatisfaction, please contact us, we will try everything to solve this.
Do you have trouble setting up your DVR or access the internet with one of our products, please contact us.
Consumers who have purchased via the internet, have the right to return their purchases within 14 days. If you wish to return a product, please contact us. Give us the article number and the number of items you want to return. We will send you as soon as possible an email with instructions.
In all cases,
- Original invoice of purchase (Lost your invoice? No problem, we are also satisfied with a receipt from the bank).
- Product must be in the same package as delivered.
- Any software and warranty seals may not be broken / removed.
- Protections may not be deleted.
- The product must not have been built or assembled, testing can also be done without mounting.
- The product shall be undamaged.
If all the above criteria comply, you will receive the purchase price in your bank account and a credit note by e-mail within 7 days. If the criteria are not in order, we will contact you shortly.
