Order's with a larger quantity will be first calculated, than we will contact you about the shipping cost.
If your products are in stock we will ship these the same day.
When a product is not in stock we will contact you right directly.
Practice has learned us, that it seldom takes 14 days to make it.

General speaking all SST CCTV systems, comes with 5 year warranty.
Warranty expires if:
* Buyer has opened the housing as a result of malfunction of the live parts.
* Seals are broken.
* Natural disasters.
* Incompetent use.
* Third party damage.
* When it's proveable that it's not our, or our suppliers fault.
Send product back:
You can return your products within 14 days, however we might charge 25% re-stockings cost's.
But this depends on the situation, of the product.
After re-calculating we will refund you the money on your Bank Account.
* You will need the invoice.
* Product may not be used, we have to sell it again.
* It is prohibited to keep things behind like software or break the sealing.
* The product must not be installed in the field.
* The product must be unharmed.
